Heat recovery from tunnel baking ovens

Heat recovery unit | Waste heat recovery system | exodraft > Heat recovery from tunnel baking ovens

This is a presentation on the installation of  a pre-assembled Exodraft heat recovery system, a process that took only 30 minutes, resulting in minimal downtime.

The procedure is straight forward, starting with the removal of the old chimney, whereafter a flange is mounted, for the heat recovery system to be slotted into.
The chimney is after this, ready to be equipped with the heat recovery system.
After the system has been mounted,  and the heat valves connected, the oven can be re-ignited, and the process can be repeated if multiple heat recovery systems are needed.
For the case showcased in the video, 5 systems were installed in only 3 hours

The exodraft heat recovery system produces 1.810 MWh per year which the company uses for their tray washers
